Delta Corporation Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Schaffer Corporation Ltd, a public listed company based in Perth, Western Australia.
Delta commenced operation as a family concern in 1966 at its current location in Herne Hill, Western Australia, an outer eastern suburb of Perth. Its principal activities included paving, landscape products and high quality architectural precast concrete work.
Over the years the product range has expanded to include precast and prestressed structural building components and standard products such as Deltacore (hollowcore) Floor and Wall Panels, Tee Roff Bridge Beams, Turnout Sleepers and Electrification Masts.
Delta has built a reputation for being one of the leading precast concrete manufacturers in the country and has supplied its products to the majority of the high profile projects in Perth. Some of these projects include Central Park Tower, Commonwealth and Family Law Courts, Galleria Shopping Centre - Morley, Garden City Shopping Centre – Booragoon, Mounts Bay Village, Panorama Apartments, WACA Grandstands and Light Towers, the Subiaco Grandstand and Northam Bypass and Roe Highway Extension Bridges.

- Mould design and fabrication.
- Our manufacturing facility is divided into four production areas to cater for different product types and increased production speed.
A large storage area serviced by cranes and forklift ensure sufficient product is stored to guarantee continuity of supply for site erection.
- Transport - complete co-ordination of delivery to site is provided.
- Erection - a complete installation service is provided including personnel specifically to co-ordinate site activity, loading and transportation to site.
Delta Corporation Ltd provides a complete and professional service from the preliminary budget stages of a project through to completion of installation on site.
Delta supplies its products to projects throughout Western Australia, South Australia and to a lesser extent the East Coast of Australia.
